Biography
Sam McCranie was born and raised in Ocilla, Georgia, a small rural town where the importance of serving your neighbor was an integral part of his upbringing. He pursues his passion to help the people in his community protect the things that are most important to them, earning a degree from Georgia Southern with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance, with an emphasis in Risk Management and Insurance. After graduation, Sam moved to Macon and began his career in insurance. In 2002, Sam and his new wife moved to Perry, Georgia where he continued to work for a larger company for over a decade. In April of 2013, Sam opened McCranie Insurance in Warner Robins, Georgia! The opportunity of an independent company has allowed Sam to give each of his customers the individual and devoted attention that everyone deserves when making the decision about how to best protect your family, your home, and your vehicles. Even more importantly, he can be there for his customers when things don’t go as planned and you need a helping hand from an expert.
Sam is married to Laura-Lee McCranie, a devoted middle school teacher, and has two amazing sons, William and Jackson.
